1. Filing a DMCA notice

If you believe that material accessible on or from our site infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification using the form above or by emailing our designated agent at dmca@geminiwatermarkcleaner.com. To be effective under the DMCA, your notice must include all of the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

2. Counter-notification

If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email address. A valid counter-notification must include your signature, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.

3. Repeat infringer policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

4. False claims

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be liable for damages. Please do not make false claims.
